Sing me a song



Okay, so maybe "The Da Vinci Code" book and movie massaged a few important archeaological details and grossly exaggerated a few others by relying on the truthiness of the matter rather than the actual historical record, but it did re-vivify the field of cryptology.

A father and son team have cracked a musical code, of sorts, embedded in the ceiling of the Rosslyn Chapel in Edinburgh, Scotland. Check out the story and the fascinating musical system, cymatics, used to uncover the meaning of the notes.
